Shipping costs within New Zealand - to your door
For rural delivery addresses please add $20 to the shipping cost. All prices given are in NZ dollars, and include GST Hobby horses within NZ are $10 for parcel post Enquiries & OrderingTo order please fill out the order form, and return it to us by either email, fax or post. A deposit of $200 NZ will be required to confirm your order. Payment can be made by direct credit or by cheque. Details at the bottom of this section. Full payment is then required prior to shipment. Or if you would like to know more contact us with your name, location, a reply address (email, phone or postal) and the type of horse or chair you are interested in. We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
Layby You can arrange for monthly part payments over time for your horse. For example a large horse ordered in March for Christmas would require a deposit of $200 then 10 monthly payment of $205, or a medium horse ordered when a baby is born could have a deposit of $200 and 11 payments of $125 per month to be ready for the child's first birthday.

Within New Zealand our horses and chairs are transported by a specialist furniture carriers and are fully insured at no extra charge. Rocking horses or rocking chairs for export are wrapped and crated before they are shipped using air or seafreight as per the customers timeframe and budget. As shipping costs vary we obtain a quote for each overseas shipment on a one by one basis, including insurance if required. Delivery by sea to the nearest port in Europe or the USA takes approximately 30 - 45 days. With air travel a horse can be delivered within a week of completion. A rocking horse wrapped in bubble wrap is placed inside a wooden crate for shipping overseas. Polystyrene packaging is then placed between the horse and the crate and the crate closed.
Within NZ rocking horses are wrapped in bubble wrap and sent on a furniture delivery truck.
